Hello, My I-90 case has been processing for 2 years next month. I received an updated I-797 form as a replacement for my expired GC. I'm a USC petitioned for my husband via I-130 and USCIS is Potomac. Here are my dates: May 23, 2021 Receipt date. October 22, 2021, but previously showed a date of October 21, 2021 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. The last update is taking forever, lol. Any updates from anyone have the dates randomly change like mine did?How to interpret this page. CPR, GC received with DHS error, I-90 received in 11/2020. Since then the only update was scheduling biometrics in 07/2021 followed by the appointment. In my process it was like that after we submitted, than they “updated” some months later, but same “actively reviewed, just changing dates for another one time. It only stopped with this the day they updated to “case approved” 😅. I am from California. POD: June 10th 2021. Case approved: July 13th 2022..
